Hot Pepper Mustard

1 Qt. apple cider vinegar
1 Qt. yellow mustard
1 Tbsp. salt
2-1/2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups flour
1 pint water
50(approx.) hungerian wax peppers

Grind peppers in food processor. Note: remove seeds and membrane from all but 10 peppers(more or less for preferred amount of heat.)
In 8qt. pot combine processed peppers, vinegar, mustard, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Mix flour and water until smooth and creamy. Add slowly to boiling ingredients. Remove from heat. Fill approximately 23 1/2pt. jars. Process for canning.
